Roastabags - Self Basting Oven Bags (Pack of 8) Review - AMZReviewTrader

A AMZReviewTrader Mission

What's Included:

8 RoastABags and 8 nylon ties

My Review:

I received these quite a while ago, but have not been able to use them because they are much smaller than I expected them to be. The picture shows a bag on top of a chicken. While it may appear that the bag is larger than the chicken, it does not fit. Finally i just bought some cornish hens because I knew they would fit. The instructions say to toss in a teaspoon of flour and shake, then to tie the bag and cut 6 one inch slits in the top. Because the hens only took up about half of the bag per hen i only cut 3 slits. The instructions also provide a cooking time guide, but I went with the time provided on the hens instead because it was at a lower temperature.

When the house started to smell good I knew they were ready. My husband pulled them out and they were perfect! There is a bunch of juice in the bag, so getting them out was a bit messy, but all the juice made for some delicious gravy as well. This is a super easy way to roast meat. I'm going to have to get some larger bags so I can do whole chickens and roasts. But I cannot believe I've never cooked meat this way before. It turns out much better in the bag than in a roaster and you don't have to baste because it does all the work for you.

Rating and Why:

Took one star off for being too small to cook a roast or a whole chicken which is pictured on the packaging. However, the product works as described and I would buy again, just a larger size

Bandana Bibs, Unisex 4-Pack+2 gifts by Pashosh - Tomoson

A Tomoson Review

What's Included:

  • 4 Bibs (Blue with White stars, White with Black Anchors, Grey withWhite Dots, White with Blue/Black/Yellow Arrows)

  • Pacifier Clip

  • Bottle Strap

Recommended Care:

Wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.

My Review:

My daughter has GERD (acid reflux) so she spits up a LOT! Some days we just leave her in just a diaper to save us from changing her outfit a million times. However, when we go out, we usually put a bib on her to save the outfit. These are a super cute addition to our stash.

When I ordered this, I knew it'd be more of a "boy" set but I figured we could pull it off and make it super cute on our little girl. I had success with all but one, I just can't find a way to make the arrow bandana bib girly. But hey, no one ever said it was suppose to be.

The quality of these are great. They are 100% cotton on the front and 100% polyester on the back. The back feels like felt almost. The combination makes for a pretty absorbent bib.

The set comes with 2 "gifts". It's a bottle strap and a pacifire holder. The bottle strap isn't the most useful for us, see video for details. But that got me thinking and since my daughter won't take a pacifire, I repurposed the pacifire holder as a "keep your toys close" holder. Works great, you can attach it to the baby and then put a toy, like the pink ball in the photos, on the other end, and then she can't drop it. Comes in handy in a car seat.

Overall I really like this set. Would also make for a trendy baby shower gift. Everything came just as described. The quality is really good. They put foresight into the sizing and made it easy to adjust so can be worn newborn on up.

Purina® Beyond Dog Snacks - BzzAgnet

BzzAgent Review

https://www.bzzagent.com

What's Included:

  • Chicken & Barley Biscuits

  •  White Chicken & Apples Jerky Strips

  •  Salmon & Oats Biscuits

  •  White Chicken & Carrot Jerky Strips

  •  White Meat Chicken Cutlets

  •  COUPONS :D

My Review:

My dog has many food allergies, so we have to be super picky about what we give her, even her treats. She is a 6 month old full breed Beagle Puppy. We've tried several different products and this one is a winner. They contain no corn, soy, wheat, poultry by-product meal or artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.

I was actually given a variety of flavors and types for her to try. A few did not work for us, so I will give you a quick overview of them here.

  • White Meat Chicken CUTLETS - The CUTLETS are hard to break into smaller pieces. They are hard and chewy. Despite it being difficult to break into smaller pieces, they certainly can be but no matter how small of a chunk i'd break off to feed her, she wouldn't ever chew it all the way before swallowing and would end up throwing up the piece whole. The CUTLETS do not work for us.
  • White Chicken & Carrot AND White Chicken & Apples JERKY STRIPS - The JERKY STRIPS are softer and work great. They smell yummy. They are easy to break into smaller pieces and the dog loves them. I do not think she has a preference between the chicken and carrot or the chicken and apples, she likes them both.
  • Chicken & Barley AND Salmon & Oats BISCUITS - Our dog is allergic to salmon so didn't try those. We gave her the Chicken & Barley and she has done great with them. I wasn't sure if she might have allergy issues since we know she has some grain allergies, but they are perfect. Out of all the different types, I like the BISCUITS the best for our needs. They break easily so can be feed in several different sizes depending on if using for training or just for a treat.

We like the Purina Beyond brand and find it comparable to the more expensive brands like Blue Buffalo, but definitely not as expensive and can be found in more stores.

When you have a dog with allergies you really become grateful to find less expensive, yet quality items to feed them. While some of these products did not work for us, they are a great all around product. Even those cutlets that don't work for our dog, I can see working for a dog that likes a rawhide type treat.

Where to Buy:

You can buy these in store at Walmart (but call first to see if your Walmart carries them. Our local Walmart carries the Beyond cat food, but not the Beyond Dog food. Grr. They also do not carry any of the treats..yet)

Or you can buy them online at Amazon:

I give both the Calily & Radha Beauty Oil Diffusers 4/5 HungryHollys. As stated above, they both have pros and cons. I personally do like the Radha Beauty Diffuser because I like the more extreme mist.

Meterteck Digital Multimeter Review - Tomoson

A Tomoson Review

What's Included:

  • Meterteck Digital Multimeter
  • Pre-installed 9v battery
  • 2 pairs of Test Leads
  • A link to a 1 year warranty activation and a Tips & Tricks E-book

My Review:

I got this for my husband who is an electrician. He said he is impressed with all the options it has. He tested it on several different applications and it worked great. His only complaint is that it feels like a toy.

Once I found out I can test batteries with it, I stole it from him. hehe. We go through batteries like crazy around here with a 2 year old and a 5 month old. When we "retire" a toy, we just toss the batteries because my husband says it's bad to use an almost dead battery with a new battery. This will help us from wasting so many batteries because I now can tell exactly how much life the battery has left.

I know this meter has so many more uses and to some it may be a waste to solely use it for battery testing, but it solves a problem in our household and I like it. Plus, my husband can grab it whenever he needs it.

Product Description (from listing):

  • HIGH-QUALITY VOLTMETER - Measures AC/DC voltage, DC current and resistance with excellent accuracy
  • BATTERY INCLUDED - Contain A pre-installed 9V Battery with an option for future replacement
  • 2 TEST LEADS - Our product is the only one that offers 2 pairs of test cables (for extended use)
  • BACKLIT LCD DISPLAY - Features a bright backlit LCD display for use in dark and dimly places
  • 1 YEAR WARRANTY - Our product is the only compact multimeter that offers a full 1 year warranty!

Where to Buy:

You can buy it here on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B016KTJDXE

Their website can be viewed here: http://meterteck.com/

Works as described, comes with battery, solved a problem, has a backlight and hold button, but feels like a toy/cheap.

Kitchen Premium Tool Set by DEMYLY - Tomoson

A Tomoson Review - #DEMYLY

What's Included:

  • Silicone Gloves

  • Silicone Spatula

  • Silicone Tongs

  • Meat Claws

My Review:

I'm very impressed by the quality of all the items in this set. I expected cheaply made items but have been very pleasantly surprised. The video review below is my first impressions of the items. I have now had a chance to use everything several times with exception of the Meat Claws. They are something that won't be used often, but will come in handy when we do pulled meat.

The Tongs are more durable than I originally suspected and think they will last for a long time. The Spatula is seriously my new favorite kitchen utensil. I think I've used it every day since I've received it. One great thing about it, is as you stir, you scrape the yummy stuff on the bottom of the pan. It makes for easier clean up and lets you enjoy all the good stuff that sometimes get stuck at the bottom.
I could take or leave the Silicone Gloves. I mean they do work, but not something bother to pull out of the drawer often. However, I did find a few bonus uses for them. We keep our cast iron pans in the oven, and without fail, I almost always forget to take them out before preheating the oven. Now I can just pop on a glove and get those hot dodads out of the stove. Also, I think they may be useful when opening a pesty jar that is sealed shut.

Video Review:
